Based Network is registered in South Africa. Its medium-term objective is to link together with like-minded individuals
and organisations around the world who are committed to empowering communities, youth and marginalised groups to shape their
own destinities and make a difference to the surroundings in which they live.Our experience is based on working with communities
in South Africa and, through our associates, other countries around the world.
We hope that you will enjoy the
visit, our aim is to provide an enjoyable learning experience that will help you better understand the
rights based approach to development in whichever country you live. RBN is relatively new but aims to develop
a broad spectrum of support activities over the coming months.
Whilst many of the resources we recommend on this
site can be downloaded elsewhere, they will shortly be available on this site to save you time and also to provide ready
access for RBN e-learning programmes.
RBN aims to be transparent and open to
